checked in to hear you guys shoot the shit for a spell as I got dressed & prepared to meet the New Year in a swath of humanity draped in red, blue, and white stripes, commercial cliches flashed in sparkly Cyrillic letters and far more homemade, unregulated fireworks than would ever fly in the US of A–I’m sure it served as good fodder for the introspective midnight bonfire.
