It is called le droit du seigneur. President-elect Biden has that droit. Trump does not.
If someone with le droit is accused, no prosecutor will prosecute, and no news organisation is allowed to cover the accusation, except to denounce the accuser as a liar (and now, as a Russian agent).
The US had the good sense to make it the law that the nobility are not listed in any book, since the French peasants used the French book of nobles to figure out whom to send to the guillotine. But we still have nobility, and that nobility still have le droit.
