Build reservoirs you don’t need to use steams creeks use pipelines to fill and keep full of fresh water from the Columbia River before it reaches the ocean fill hundreds of reservoirs and get the deserts wet so trees can grow and all that fresh water will end up as rain and snow when it evaporates out of the deserts justi think of the real estate that could be used for farming “small farms “and residential homes
