1. While F’book’s revenue will continue to increase for awhile, it’s viewer participation is, for the first time, falling. It won’t fail immediately, but experts suggest that it is the beginning of the end. Twitter – never used it; Google – who cares. I don’t use it.
   Among the Social Media sites I will soon be checking are Minds, MeWe, Gab, Bit Cute, VK, Diaspora and any other that I may hear about. As of yet, I cannot verify the value of any of these, but will be checking.

3. It took me five tries to get this posted on Facebook. Is just sat there for the longest time. I finally wised up to your letter scramble to get it to post, Lee. I got it on Twitter and Facebook and signed up for your newsletter. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP

My Facebook biz page use to bring my photography biz a couple dozen wedding gigs a year. no i don’t get zip. its as if overnight i became a non-entity. same with google adwords. nearly zero visitors overnight. need a pro-photographer to piss of the clepto’s? damn. 15. Of all the many alternative sites to Facebook, Twitter etc., the only way any single one will survive long term is if it is owned by every member of that site. Everyone should pay a tiny fee of $1 or more per year and be a part owner of our very own social media site of awake freedom lovers, which would eventually generate some revenues as it grows. Then as a group of many thousands (perhaps millions) we could eventually buy our own servers and even sell Internet service to ourselves at a non-profit price. We could all save money and do our own fund raising to help support real journalists who provide content, while we defeat those that control us. Otherwise, if any site like minds.com does grow to become powerful, the oligarchy will bribe the owners with million or billions of dollars until they sell it out from under us. No site owned by just a few people or even a few hundred people can ever survive the infiltration and bribery from the oligarchy. However, if the site belongs to everyone…they can never buy it from us. We need people like Lee Camp with a following to promote it, and become some of the first members. Imagine how many people would abandon Facebook and Twitter for a social media site that they themselves would own 1 share of for life. Make the rules so that no one can sell their membership, and we the 99% would own it forever, leaving main stream media powerless to stop us. United we could make MSN irreverent.
