1. I like the voucher program where each eligible voter is given a voucher ($100.00 or so) that they can give to the candidate of their choice. I also like choice voting where voters fill in their first, second, and so on choices. This gives fairer voting for all candidates. Donations should be given individually, no PACs, no groups of any kind.
