What you fail to mention in this video are the many states that are trying to end this.
This website – http://www.endthebacklog.org/ – has ALOT of info this video doesn’t have. It also tells you how you can get your state to do something about the backlog. And this is just one of a few i have found on the internet about this. You should have really let people know how they can help this crap and unjust situation. Thanks.
